haha. I think I came to this decision because, well, I'm an idealist and while making money sounds nice, I don't think it would be entirely gratifying...
or that's how i'm trying to justify it.

real estate. I have a unique work arrangement where I actually get a regular paycheck, which is pretty much unheard of in my line of work
:edit: and when I say "sweet gig," I mainly mean that I can make my own hours and go snowboarding a lot, not necessarily that I make a lot of money
