I have a friend who naps a lot. We all call him a sissy and call him a lot to try and wake him up h:

I usually only nap if I'm sick or if I've had a long day snowboarding and want to go out that night. I sometimes nap if I drink in the morning

Shortly after work when I'm kicking back at home, I'll doze off....then wake up 4 hours later pissed at myself for sleeping that long. Then later in the night I'm even more pissed that I can't fall asleep normally and will be a zombie at work the next day.

I try to exercise in the morning or on my lunch, I find it gives a nice energy bursts. Perhaps a solid walk / jog over lunch?

Well, opposite for me. I'm doing physical stuff all day (or night depending on the shift i'm on that month). By then end of my work day, last thing I want to think about it doing physical activity.

when I nap I usually wake up a very agitated person. For this reason alone I avoid naps at all costs, my brain just does not recover.

Do you drink lots of caffeine in the morning? Also do you get enough sunlight and exercise?

I got used to napping since I lived in Greece (everyone naps in the middle of the day, it's legally "quiet time" from about 3-5 pm). Now I can't function well without napping. :hs:
My naps are no more than a half hour though.
