never had any problems. i've had it for like six years.

consumer reports just did an article on isps and time warner wasn't really rated that high, but they're support and reliability ratings were up there i think.

I pay $49.95/month. When I got it, there were no other packages/options.

TW in los angeles has its moments. They recently got hacked. o: But overall pretty reliable.
When you call, ask for specials. They may give you the fast bandwidth package as a free upgrade. I'm thinking of upgrading to a faster speed now that I'm hard-lining everything.

That's I what had then someone told me about the $20 package
The $20 has a slower upload speed but the download speed is unnoticeable.
