having good, supportive running shoes makes me realize how bad the mainstream nikes are for my feet.

My nikes fit me ok, but the Brooks Beast I got fit awesome. Severe over-pronation ftl

I was running with a pair of nike air max 180's...except my knees really started to hurt. I picked up a pair of these and my knees are fine again.

I'm about to order the Car Audio Fiberglass DVD's unless someone on the board can hook me up :rick:
I wanna turn the spare Si rim I have into a sub enclosure for a strong 10" I have yet to buy. It'll be my first time working with fiberglass, so I heard the DVD's are good for the first timer.
