If that's the case, you probably won't be able to stand this stuff.
Ale's are rough for domestic beer drinkers.
It's more of an acquired taste. You should probably start expanding your tastes on Wheat beers (Heffenwiesen, Blue Moon, ect), and then move up from there.
IPA's are the real stuff. Most of them are 8% or higher.

I had a pint of Rogue Double Chocolate Stout last night. I've had it from the bottle before, but never on tap. It was damn good. I don't think I would be able to have like 4 or 5(Judging taste, not alcohol content) It would just get old after a few. Thats how I feel about all Rogue beers that I have tried. Its good for a pint or maybe two, but after that the taste just isn't as good.

Not a big fan of most of the Rogue releases. Double Dead Guy was ok... and the Double Chocolate was pretty good. Other than that I'd much rather spend my money on better beers in that same price range.
