probably a stupid question, but how do you get the cap on it to make a tight seal?
do you buy fresh caps and some sorta machine?
and kudos toy your idea. the creativeness in it makes me want to give it a shot.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it a machine... but this is what most homebrewers use...
