Default Holy mortgage rates, batman! v. 4.5% :crazyr:

We just locked one of my clients in at 4.50% for a 30 year fixed conventional loan. No points, no BS. Saving for a house crew, get while the getting is good!

...And I thought I was getting a screaming deal on my 5.875% two years ago! :crazyr:

Isn't there a bill that is trying to be passed that gets new home buyers $15,000 tax credit and 4.75% interest?

yes, but the details change hourly. Nobody really knows what it will be until it actually passes.
