Slow at work, so i decided to do a S2K soft top
Like the title says, we have been really slow at work( I work at a Honda dealer) so a 06 S2k came in with a tear in the top caused by them not closing the latch. I was hoping for it to be COD, but Honda ended up warranting it. It pays 12 hours and i got it done in 5. Not bad for the first one i have done.
Tmrw i get to put a head on a 05 civic hybrid with 2 bent valves.

Right in the manual it says to make sure the latches are shut before opening the top, he didn't. I laughed that the previous owner had i for the first 3 years and didn't have a problem with it. Its a nice S2k, it Daytona blue, with the front lip, smoked side markers, and front and rear lower beatrush tie bars.

because we can't control what flat time pays. We use Chiltons flat time for customer pay work. Honda doesn't set flat time except for warranty work. If it is warranty than why would you care what Honda is paying us? Transversely if flat time pays 1 hour and your car is a rusted piece of shit and it takes me 3 hours I still get paid for 1 hour of work. So what you are saying is if it takes more time than flat time than I should be able to go to you the customer and say well Mr. Jackoff it took me 3 hours so I a gonna need you to go ahead and pay the extra 2 hours. Obviously you DONT know how flat time works or you would see that it is a two way street.
