Hello,

I'm looking for a meal to make this Sunday for me and my FI. I was looking at something different for the both of us and thought about making Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya. I figured since this is a true southern meal, first i'd like to know if you have a recipe that would be great to try, as well as a suggestion of something to have along with that. I was thinking of corn bread but wasn't sure.

I also like this cornbread recipe - goes really well with chili, but would work equally as well with jambalaya.

Haha, sorry, i've been spending most of my time on The Knot's forums. Nothing like being surrounded by womenz. I'm also trying to make a change around there.
