When i had gym membership, I'd go for a few months and then stopped for a few months. Now that I have the stuff at home, I just head upstairs and workout. I've been fairly consistent, longest layoff since I had my equipment is probably two weeks.

Of course I don't have the equipment or weights that they have, but it pretty much takes care of most of my exercises.

Just pick up a good throw around weight and start with that. Like a pair of 45's. Then pick up a set of 30's and then a set of 60s done.
