You have to have 2 perfect and 3 ultra level finished to unlock Gouken
and 2 perfects to unlock akuma... that doesn't work for those two.


works for everyone else though

I tried to fight steven but he didnt accept my invite

Did you get him afterwards? as in you're able to play as him?


BTW, I put this shit on easiest.... seth is too cheap to put on the hard setting to try and beat and earn characters.
