Default Website management question

How long would be reasonable expectation for something simple asked to be done such as pasting in a meta tag list to add on to the current list?

Reason I ask is because I sent a list to our "media" people and almost a week later this seemingly simple task is not completed...so should I send a mildly upset email to them or wait further? Seems to me to be a 10 minute job at the very least or am I wrong in this assumption?

Outsource

so far deliverables are a few months behind and their "one stop media solutions" end with anything outside of web based advertising and programming. So any print media is out of the question and it has caused some hassle.

I keep saying get deliverables and can em but we still wait on deliveables and can't access backside until then for some reason.
