buy a game that's on sale at one store and then go exchange it somewhere else to get the full price credit at another store for a different game? My wife says it's like stealing but I disagree.

This is all hypothetical of course. :rick:

Store number one sold it to you at a fair price they agreed upon.

Store number two exchanged it at a fair price they agreed upon.

If they don't require receipts, then that's their problem.

I did something like that when I was a kid. Most stores don't accept opened items so I took the opened item to a totally different retail store, complained it was broke and all I wanted was a replacement so they gave me the new unopened item. Return to original store w/receipt. h:

my sentiments exactly. The non-enforcement of a receipt policy is a big part of why I personally don't think it's stealing or even that shady. h:
