This reminds me of last week when I was in Oakland for the Warriors/Cavs game. I took BART over and my brother picked me up from the station, since he works near there. I was standing in the station for a while waiting, and this dude was peddling money off of people. He was not bum looking. He was young, wearing expensive clothes, etc...just hustlin. WTF?

Philly is loaded with these types. They hit you up for cash, then ask if you can go to an ATM and withdrawal some...wtf?! Back the fuck off.

I don't even say that much...I just say "No." Sometimes I even cut them off mid-sentence.

Them: "Excuse me, my car broke dow..."
Me: "No."

There's this one dude that I see all the time, and he would come up to me and my friends while we're having coffee and say something about his wife just had a baby and they need money to get home from the hospital. He came back a couple of months later using the same story:
Me: "Wait...your wife had another baby? Didn't she have one a couple of months ago?!?"
Him: :uhhok:
