There should be no reason anyone could see a problem with this. Under the circumstances, it makes sense.

just read that. thats fine if they are taking money from tax payers to bail the company out we should have a say in what they spend it on, if its regarding frivolous spending such as buying jets or bonuses.

Keep in mind, the bailout is a loan - it will be paid back with interest.

It was supposed to be but that's not how it was passed.

Also, the new one is not even pretending to be a loan.

whether or not it actually will get paid remains to be seen.... but i gotta say i think it will, eventually...

I'm pretty sure that was the discussion when they wrote it up. But by the time it got changed all around, it's not how it worked.

Kinda like how they were just going to take control of all the bad debt.. and ended up just tossing money at people instead...
