Ass pain V. nohomo
I'm only 25 years old and already im starting to suffer from back and muscle pain...
this started about 3 months ago i started noticed discomfort while my wallet was in my back pocket.. and it went away once i started putting my wallet in the front pocket/jacket pocket...
soon after tho it felt as if my wallet was still in my back pocket... and eventually the pain returned.. luckily for me i sit accross from a massage therapist in my office and she showed me some good stretches for it.
queue up 2 weeks ago.. back pain like no other... it felt like my spine was BRUISED :eek4: ... it only lasted about4-5 days and after cold/hot packs and rest it went away..
today.. my ass is hurting again.. doing the stretches only helps for about a couple of hours....... i think i have what they call sciatica im only 25!!!
Good thing my job pays up for massage/acupuncture/chiro ...
anybody else having old-man pains ???

Did your therapist do alot of work on the lower back??
Lower back work can help sciatic nerve.
Gosh I havent practiced in a long time.
I wish I woulda pursued Massage Therapy after I was done with the training

BOOM goes the dynamite!
my mom has sciatica real bad. she's off work this week because of it.
my back is always hurting, but i think it's because i'm always slouching.

they call this "Jeep ass" no not kidding at all, I have heard doctors call it that in fact (usually older docs though).
