Default So I got pulled over .....again!

for what reason?
Dont know, cop didnt tell me

I just finished having dinner with client. Its about 830ish pm heading west bound on Union turnpike just chatting. Now coming from the East, I notice an unmarked police car. ( yes you all know how "unmarked" they really are )
So jokingly I told my friend watch me get pulled over. I then started to tell him about the tint ticket incident.

So i continue driving and from my rear view mirror I see two headlights approaching pretty quick. At this point im saying to myself " Ohh not again"
So as this car gets closer to me the driver begins to sway from the right lane to the left about 4 times like an idiot.

As soon as i put my blinker on to enter the highway this assholeputs his lights on.

So i pull over and before the officer even approaches my car I have my license, reg, and insurance ready.
I hand it over to him and I begin to ask him 7 times WHY did you pull me over.

I guess he can speak english but not understand it. He never answered my question.

The only questions he asked me was,

" where are you coming from"
&
" have you ever been arrested"

I told him no sir, I never was and I didnt answer his question of where am I coming from because that has no relevance to why I was stopped.

He then proceeds to hand me my license and tells me to have a good night.

So I noted his plate number and im going to file a complaint against him.
Ohh my client happens to be a criminal defense attorney too so he actually found their tactics pretty interesting since there was no need for him to stop me. I wasnt speeding, all my lights work etc... ohh yea, he cant stop me for my tint either since I took the front driver and passenger one off.

Something is going on with the police wanting to arrest people or what not.
Not even wearing a suit and tie removes you from their profile list.

Chinese New Year it the only thing I can think of. There was a crazy New Years celebration at a nearby Chinese shopping plaza by my place this weekend.

He doesnt have to answer your questions as to why he pulled you over. he doesnt need to give you a reason. For all you know he saw you come close to a yellow or white line, thats all he has to say to have justifiable reason to stop you and he doesnt have to tell you that. most likely he was just looking for drunks and he didnt smell or sense alcohol so he let you go.

the fact you immediately started questioning him and then didn't answer a question of his will give him more than enough support to fight any complaint you file against him.

you got no ticket, no warning, no nothing just a minor 5 minute inconvience. why would you even try to make something out of this?

If you get pulled over:

Turn car off, keys on dash, hands on steering wheel
Paperwork in hand or after officer asks, depends on how they do it where you are and where your paperwork is. don't be digging in your console or glove compartment when he's walking up.
shut the fuck up
smile, thank them and go on your way.

by law yes, they have to! Do they abide by it, no. I'm just annoyed lately, wherever I go, its like I have a big sticker on my window inviting cops to pull me over.
