it's really a loan, so if you don't want to pay it back, don't get it.

what tax software do you guys use? I've been using turbo tax for the past few years. I've got a $15 best buy card and I'm wondering if that will be the best one to go with.

i've used turbo tax the last couple of years too. it's not too bad but i hate that i have to buy it all over again if i want to use it again. they should sell an update for 1/2 the price. i'm curious to hear if there are any other suggestions too.

I did some estimates using my last pay stub and I'm going to get about 8500 to 9000 from fed and an IOfuckinU from the great state of CA.

If you're smart you would put your tax return in a high yield savings account and supplement your house payment with it. When I buy a house later this year or early next, that's what I plan to do. It's all about making your monies work for you.

w00t! Getting $600 back from Pennsylvania because they can't tax me, but do, and I pay it, but take it back every year.

So that's a $1700 return total. I think I'll....save it :chuckles:
