do you care? good move? I think its a great move for Fiat, I can't wait to see what they start bringing over here to the states.

I'd love to see Fiat bring over some Alfas, or even the Fiat 500 would be cool to see over here. I have now idea how their reliability will be though.

If anything they will probably add some modifications to cryslers to make them more "fiat"y

fiat has a 35% stake in chrysler, they share some of their technology with chrysler, they give chrysler access to their european distribution network and in return chrysler gives fiat access to its distribution networks here and abroad

fiat has no binding liability to provide chrysler with any financial support in the future
