Default I love to eat small babies



Sheep babies that is.
So easy to make and so tasty. Broil 4 lamb chops 5-6 minutes, put salt and pepper on the cooked side and flip, then cook the second side 5 minutes and put salt and pepper on. Then mix 4 tablespoons of orange marmalade and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Spread it on top and broil about another 2 minutes.
So fucking delicious

bout the only thing i like in sheep :dunno: maybe its just how ive had it prepared

although ... goat now thats not too shabby, had some a couple weeks ago didnt know it was goat till someone told me but it was damn tasty

It turned out so much better than I was expecting. Next time I see lamb on sale again I'm buying it.

Don't put it on the top shelf, but the one below it :10q: When I broil meats (not poultry) I put them on the 2nd level under the broiler.
