just wrap the + side of the wire around the metal part of the Radio fuse (I think its number 15) and jam it back into the fuse panel. Then ground the ground wire to metal on the body using a self tapping screw. Put an eyelet on the ground like a washer and boom. It will now turn on and off with the car. no cutting required.
