UMM HOW i word this... ok u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?

hahaha @ all responses.



This is for mar. :fawk: I have dumbells, but I only lift heavy at the gym. It's Mar's favorite machine @ the gym so I thought it would be convenient to have it at home for her to use. That way she doesn't have to worry about someone watching the kid when she works out.

Has anyone heard of Epic Fitness or Icon Fitness? I know epic makes decent tradmills/stationary bikes. I gave it a little demo at costco and the build quality was good. NIce clean welds, soldi metal, good paint/ chrome coverage. Pullies and cables seemed gym quality.

As a side note, I already have a great elliptical, stationary bike, dumbells (20, 30, 45, 50), pull up bar, assorted medicine balls and 2 swiss balls.
