Oh hells yeah it's a feels good man morning. I woke up at around 8:45, had a breakfast of high fiber/protein cereal and juice, then hit the gym for training day #4. Came home and had a protein shake and a banana for lunch and now I am about to go see my niece for her 5th birthday
