Default HAN poll help

In my town there are a lot of paraprofessionals [teachers aides], and they get a starting salary floating around 16k. Compared to all the school districts around us that is surprisingly low. In recent months the board of Ed has been in negotiations with the Para's union and it seems that the town wants to increase the salary of the lowest paid paras in our area by one of the lowest, if not the lowest, percentage.

Anywho, a local newspaper is doing an online poll seeing what people think and I figured I'd ask you guys to vote, the board of ed needs to understand how vital these paras are to the schools.

Heres the link:

I voted for the top choice, which is that they need a massive increase.

Personal stuff:My mother is a para and I feel that she really is underpaid, insurance costs are really high for these paras and that 16k just doesn't go far

Thx guys, I know this isn't an official petition or anything, but the sheer numbers should show something to the board of ed
