Based on the fact that you're a student and you can get it for $500, I would say by all means, get the master suite. VersionCue is useless. As for the others, the same advice teh gun crew will give you... "it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it." I can see you needing all of those except VersionCue, and maybe not Fireworks... and 75% off it just too sweet to pass up.

For your Windows installation, I highly-recommend that you get a virtualization package like VMWare Fusion. The new version is awesome, and it will allow you to launch your Boot Camp partition while you're running Mac OS. You'll just run be running Windows in a window but can still boot to it full-strength when you need it. It gives you a snapshot feature that allows you to revert to your PC's previous state before a registry error, virus or whatever happens that would normally ruin a day. It's pretty slick, and it's only like $30 for students.

parallels is ok, but the new version of Fusion rocks socks.

It is kind of like VirtualBox for Linux, nothing currently comes close.
