Has anyone here ordered from the official NFL site before??

I ordered a photo for my Uncle Mike, and had it sent to him directly. I got an email confirming it was shipped, but no tracking number or anything. Its been over a week since it's been shipped and I haven't gotten word or not if he received it yet.

Has anyone else had these kinds of problems with NFL shop?

its xmas time. :dunno: what kind of shipping you use? ground is 7-10 days.

Yeah I think I used basic. I was just kinda shocked that it was shipped out so fast considering I had it customized. Ive tried emailing C/S and alls I get is an automated email that they probably send to everyone that emails them. I really dont wanna have to call them :[

Dunno.
I have no info whatsoever, like i said. I received the email saying it was shipped...but there was no tracking number with it.

But it's going to McKinney, TX

why have a bunch of ya i got it quick answers or it took for ever answers, this wont tell you where your order is. call them up and ask where is my stuff.

i would relax its in the mail. basic shipping takes a while.

cause even though I work in CSR and know how it is..I always am too nice to other CSR's and I more than likely wont get the answer Im looking for. Or theyll give me some 'I need your tracking number to help you...' yaddy yaddy yaddy and 'Obviously I dont have it thats why the fuck Im calling you'

I may just wait to hear from my uncle VIA Email to see if he got it. Id he didnt maybe then Ill call.
