bricked router v. halp!

Default bricked router v. halp!
i was trying to install ddwrt

following the read me i came to this part

2. goto the firmware upgrade page and browse to the VxWorksKiller-GSv7-v3.bin file, and click on the upgrade page. Wait for 30 seconds for it to reboot on its own, if it does not the powercycle the router manually.
after 30 secs it didnt reboot so i pulled the power plug and plugged it back in. now all i get is a light indicating a port is conencted but thats it. can ping but cannot access via browser
