So my boss just hooked me up with about 5 lbs of various Deer meet cuts so I'm set for the next few months on meat. anyone have any speciality dishes that call for Deer? I'm thinking some garlic/salt/pepper rub might do the job, or maybe some barbecue seasoning might be tasty. I've got everything from deer hamburger, to tenderloin, to chuck, and filet.
