So, I put off getting groceries and did not have a lot of stuff left... but I did have bacon and cheese. So WTF, might as well try it. However, I only made a personal size...

I did a 3X3 pattern, which was not very difficult to weave.




Finely grated some marble cheese.



*forgot to take pic of cooked bacon with cheese on it*... damn...

Rolling kinda sucked a lil... had to stick a fork in it to hold it for a few minutes till it took the shape, also burnt like a mother fucker...


Added my side dish of extra bacon/cheese and a freshly baked blueberry muffin



And the first taste = :goodjob:



Had to drink a huge glass of water due to crazy salt intake... and the taste was not mind blowing... I'd add diced shallot, red pepper, and maybe even fried mushrooms.

I think I'm gonna do this soon.

lol, I shoulda specified on that - it was my fingers that got burnt... rolling hot grease = not fun.

 

I'm gonna have to make one of these things.

 

I was going to make one until I woke up super hungover and then had to go work.

Probably this week sometime. I'll post.
