I've learned a ton about Aperture, Shutter speed, ISO and the combination in the past few days. The learning curve is crazzzzzzzzzy. So much FUN!

 

i'll start when I have some free time (sunday).

damn near all of our snow melted yesterday (got up to ~45*), and today its been 0* with "wind gusts up to 40mph". all that melted snow froze.

nice! have you been keeping off the presets?

 

I shot a few hundred w/ the presets to get better w/ the lens itself and yesterday I shot a few hundred more pics on the semi-presets (aperture or shutter emphasis)....then, last night I shot about 50 more on full manual taking what I had learned. Only about 10 different shots, but tons of different settings and trying stuff out.

This morning was the coldest morning in 10 years... I didn't take any pictures

 

I just took a bunch of fog pictures...not sure it's relevant, but it was fun maybe i'll get a good sunrise pic in a few min when it breaks the skyline.
