Do you really think that come January that ALL firearms will be removed and the second amendment dismissed? If so then you are quite close minded.

Firearms will be legal and there will still be the sale and trade of firearms legally and without justice after swear in in January

No, I don't think all firearms will be removed and the second amendment will be dismissed.

That said, you are quite gullible if you think that the Second can't (and possibly won't) be severely affected by a democratic controlled white house, house & senate.

Especially with a POTUS whose voting record clearly shows their displeasure with the Second.
