Default Its the end of November

And I'm trying to withhold another day before I turn on the heat. hnoes:
Its pretty cold in my apartment. Wearing a long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt with a blanket and its still piss cold.
So far my max energy bill has been 15 bucks. I'm afraid for it to go up.

Meh...at my old place we wouldn't turn the heat on and it would get to around 55 degrees (yeah yeah...I am sure it is colder in your house) but all we would do was put on a few more clothes and a hoodie.

My pipes froze three times last winter, so I can't just tough it out. I set the t-stat at 64... bills have been in the ~$50 range.

i was sittin' in the living room with shorts and an undershirt on last night, practically sweating

we don't pay our heat, it's included in our rent. we can't control the heat either, the thermostat is fucked up and the girls next door control the heat for the whole house with one thermostat. so basically, if they have it up too high, it's not on us at all.

also, as for electric bills, we got our first one for $8, which was only for a week of usage, or two, or something small. we haven't gotten a second bill since then (august). we've called the electric company and they say we're not responsible for it anymore and they can't say anything else..

oh well h:

And you know chicks are always cold:shake:
My radiator is messed up I keep it off but it still puts out heat so sometimes I have to put the AC on cuz it gets too hot.
