i didnt really intend on keeping mine inside but she's too much a part of the family now.
i was reading up on them and the book i have says that they are supposed to be inside dogs. they require too much attention to be left by themselves.

but yeah those dogos are very well put together

about pits being illegal in miami, can you just say it's an american staffordshire or say its mixed with something?

banning a certain dog is not fair, they should ban the harmful owners. just cause some dogs act like that doesn't mean they all do. pits arent naturally aggressive towards people, only other animals. they are taught to be human aggressive.

if 10 white guys acted crazy in miami, would they ban white people.

banning is one thing, but you can still take them to the vet. they are willing to work on them. you really cant get away by saying its a terrior mix b/c if it shows signs and features of a pit they will take it away. ANY dog if treated unkindly and aggressive acts would act up on them, its the owners fault not the dogs.

i actually saw 2 adult dogos when i was driving to the mall, i stoped and busted a uturn to go look at them again..very beautiful dogs. they run for about $1500 or so..which to me isnt bad for such a pure breed dog and not common at all. make sure you get them from a breeder in the states. makes sure you get the dogo tested by a vet, they are known for being deaf(10% which is high). also dont get 2 from the same family, they dont mix to well and WILL kill each other.
