places to eat/see in NY/CT/MA
i'll be there this winter again and really wanting to get some local good eats
got anything good to recommend?

personally, i wouldn't bother with hartford. bunch of insurances companies and bad neighborhoods there.. not much else as far as i know.
as for manhattan... i like soho/greenwich village area. you got the museums up by central park.. american museum of natural history up on central park west. a couple of art museums up central park east. the touristy stuff like times square, empire state building etc. china town.. i don't know, there's so much. it's hard to pick out any one thing so it's best to try to become familiar with the island.
boston you got the touristy things like faneuil hall and the freedom trail. you have fenway park for a game and there's landowne st. right there lined with clubs/bars full of sluts and douchebags. newbury st for shopping and the area is cool along with beacon hill. boston univ. area i like too. north end for awesome italian eats.
i like harvard square area over in cambridge. there was a great Argentinian restaurant over in arlington, ma named tango, the last time i was there.

been to NYC a couple times but the darn city is just too crowded/huge for me as a tourist h:
