I do it because I run a lot of red lights and I go over 100 in AZ a lot where they have automatic speeding cameras mounted with laser guns.

Yeah I know, and I will pay the damn ticket but my whole point of this thread was if I can get out of it based on technicality since they got date and time wrong.

Good luck. If it was a murder investigation, yes. Parking violation...might as well cut the check.

Btw you shouldn't be running red lights. Thats not a justification for keeping dealer plates on a car
