Okay, but is that completely unjust? On a core level, black people generally side with democrats anyway. Add to that the democratic nominee is black and it makes sense. I don't think it's solely an issue of "just because he's black", but even if it is, I think there is alot to that. Black people want to see somebody represent this country that understands the same struggles and knows how black people have it. So voting for someone simple because they are the same race is you isn't as unfounded as it may sound.

no i agree to some of that, but im thinkin more in terms of these people who claim that he is "better" than say mccain ... they say they are more in line with his proposed policies yet they cant differenciate between obama and mccain policies ... aka the harlem interviews

i understand voting for someone who is the same skin tone but dont try to hide thats why you are voting. if you are voting for him primarily cuz he is black then say so, dont say you agree more with his domestic policies than mccains when you dont even know the difference
