I've had a chip on my shoulder for Hyundai ever since I got stranded with my cousin in the middle of the desert for about 12 hours in the blasting sun on I-15 because her '94 Sonata blew a head gasket. The sucker had 18K miles on it when it died. I know they've vastly improved them since but still, forgiveness comes slow for me.

I'll consider them if the current models are still around in a decade or so. I'm still betting you'll see 2008 honda's and toy's all over the place in 2018 while all the hyundai's built in 2008 will have been melted down for nails and paperclips. Maybe I'm wrong. Only time will tell. h:

I like the overall shape of it, but I do think the rear end looks too G37-ish and I agree with David that the non-matching side-creases are kind of off-putting. Hyundai seems to make nice-looking cars overall nowadays, but the detailing always seems to be off, like they are trying to make their cars look like their competitors but not too much like their competitors.

Don't be so sure about that... toyota quality has gone way downhill in recent years and it seems just about every new honda has some sort of transmission problem.

actually its not even the badging. its the headlight shape and the bumper opening area. its too wide for one opening. i think it would look better if broken up into 3 sections instead.

I personally can't get past the creases running down the side... they should match up and be one crease, not two that sorta miss each other. And the rear quarter glass is really weird too. The overall shape is nice. I have also seen that sedan in person and it looks dope.
i actually like the 2 creases. i think it gives the fenders/qtr panels more of a flare/wide stance.
