Computer Krew v.Reboot Cycle
My brother's laptop is stuck in a reboot cycle...any advice? Can't get to safe mode...if I don't logon, it will restart...if I logon, it restarts shortly after.

Update:
*Start in safe mode - restarts itself over and over
*Start with last known good configuration - restarts itself over and over
*Then ran a memory check before startup....memory check ran fine without restarting...windows loaded, restarted itself.
*Start in debugging mode - touchpad doesn't work, keys don't work, everything frozen

How far does it make it before it restarts? Everything loaded? Any error screens before it restarts? If it says something like Shutdown initiated by NT Authority/System then you got the Blaster virus.
