rollover minutes expire after a year. they don't go away if you renew your contract. if you were to cancel and sign an entirely new contract, they will go away

also if you "downgrade" plans you loose minutes to the plan you choose.....

example: you are on a 1500 min/month plan & have 3000 rollover minutes accumulated. you only use 700 minutes a month & decide to change your plan to an 800 minute/month package.....you would loose 2200 minutes of your accumulated rollover minutes & your new rollover balance would be 800 & those would still expire 1yr from when thy were posted to your rollover account

that make sense??
