Apparently the Bold is FAR at Wal-Mart...probably only with a new 2 year contract and not an extension though. :hs:

there is no way this phone lasts over a day with decent usage. I have wifi and bluetooth on most of the time and i see myself charging it again in the evening to last all night (if i am going out)

best blkberry ever. no doubt

yeah, that's what I was thinking so I'm gonna give it another crack today with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned off.

It was down to 15% before I charged it a couple nights ago. Same with last night but I'm gonna give it another round to see if it'll last longer. Yesterday I was at 30% battery life just from texting, email and regular phone use, all on 3G though.

Do what I doing today and try not using bluetooth and wifi. Benchmark it with regular use vs. all out

but yeah, one of the best phones I've ever owned.

i just got a blackberry curve 8330 through work.

it's a neat device i suppose, but the browser is shit. wap pages really need to go away once and for all. a fully capable browser is long overdue on these things. these mobile device manufacturers need to look at apple and take the freakin' hint!

email on it isn't particularly impressive either (plain text only? wtf?). it does the job, i suppose, but come on, this thing is supposed to be all about collaboration via email, texting, and web, yet it reminds me of the same crap that my old treo could do (which also left a lot to be desired).
