just got back from the restaurant. Got a phone call from the alarm company at about 2:30am and went out there.
M'fckers broke the front door and ran off as soon as the alarm sounded. Had to go over there and board that shit up. Some lady from across the street saw them doing it and called the cops...who showed up less than a minute later but still too late.

This has happened a few times over the years. But to be honest, we're pretty lucky...I know a lot of other restaurant owners who get broken into much more frequently. And we don't really have anything to steal in there except food. No cash left overnight. It's just a pain in the ass to keep driving over there in the middle of the night and replacing windows.
I think I'm gonna put some bars up.
