a guy who has to call his gf everyday on the company phone and talk to her for a good 30 minutes while more important work has to get done. and stuff you asked for friday is not done yet? but he can takle 30 minutes to talk to his gf. wtf.

well the manager just talked to him about the stuff. dont know what happened. wouldn't be so bad if my work didnt depend on the answers i get from him when he contacts the clients.

Worse. I have a guy that comes in 30-45minutes late every day. He waits for me to take lunch before he leaves and takes a 2 hour lunch. 2 days of the week he has "class" so he is supposed to come in an hour early those days to leave an hour early. He did that for a week at most but now comes in late then apparently reports that he "works through lunch" those days so he can still leave early.

And...
-He works in the next cube from me....so he IM's me if he has a question or needs to talk to me
-Spends most of the day chatting on Blackberry Messenger from his Blackberry
-The only work he performs are the occasional "tickets" that come in, nothing outside of that.

I can go on all day.
