Do you work out in your buildings gym or walk a trail during the work day?

We have a gym here that you have to get pre-authorization to use and I have that access but don't use the gym. I got it for access to the showers in case I go play basketball, tennis, or run during work.

My coworkers and I typically go and walk a wooded trail they have around our building twice a day just to get some fresh air, and get a little exercise outside of the office. The trail is only 3/4 mile but hey, it gets you out of the office and clears your mind.

Now, not so much The guys next door play football, baseball, etc.. in the parking lot.

i miss having a office with a gym.

No gym at work.. i have a nice 10 minute walk to work in the morning, and another on my way home.. i will also go for another 10 minutes after eating my lunch..
My gym is sorta on my way home if i take the "long" way driving from the train station.. i go 2-3 times a week.

but then again, even if there was, i probably wouldnt go cuz i already have my own membership at a gym near my house.

We have a gym at my place but its pretty weaksauce. Cardio bunnies ftw tho.

Gym in basement of our work... it is old as hell, and since the building is almost empty... the started to forget about cleaning the showers :goodjob:
