It's weird. You soon realize how much a mental game lifting is. When you don't actually see the LB plates move in the corners of your eyes, it doesn't feel the same at all.
Also, it's kinda ... clunky-ish?

i had one and used one for about 4 years. does it work? yes it works, but it wont make you swoll like reechy. it will make you super toned and cut. are they worth the money when buying new? even after 4 years of use, no i didn't feel it was worth it. however, if you really want one, they go for next to nothing on craigslist and such. usually sell for 1/4 to 1/3 of the new price.

I knew because 3 years ago I was looking into getting one. Reechy convinced me to spend the money on a decent home unit with free weights... He was right
h: but if anyone is set on getting bowflex, used is the way to go
