It's weird. You soon realize how much a mental game lifting is. When you don't actually see the LB plates move in the corners of your eyes, it doesn't feel the same at all.


Also, it's kinda ... clunky-ish?

ive never tried it, but the SelectTech dumbbells look pretty cool

I knew because 3 years ago I was looking into getting one. Reechy convinced me to spend the money on a decent home unit with free weights... He was right h: but if anyone is set on getting bowflex, used is the way to go
