jeans - wear them for a weak on if they are really dirty i put them in wash.
shirts - once
socks - once
sweaters - 4/5 times, too afraid of shrinking them. shrunk a really ncie one i had :wtc:
suits - dont really wear them too much. my current one needs a dry cleanig i think though.

for any of the clothes I wear outside of the house, I take them off as soon as I get home. It really depends on what I do with them when I'm out on how I'll reuse them.
If I'm at a bar ... they're done, 1 use only, washed.
If I'm around town running errands ... no biggie, I'll reuse T's and jeans all the time.
Underpants and socks ... the second they come off, they're done.
