Yeah, it's from a comic called "Boy's Club", and is the most faggy (no other term to describe it) stoner/furry humor available. I did a one off guess it came from SF, an yes, an artist in SF makes it.

I love the Encyclopedia Dramatica article on it, but be careful of googling that. Completely NWS and some links on there will greet you with the "Mantrain" :ugh:
