Default Netflix Question

So I'm on the 2 at a time deal with Netflix. I want to go to 1 at a time since school is getting busy. How do they handle the change in billing? Do they wait until next month to change it, or do they just reduce me to the 1 at a time and still charge me the for 2 at a time?

I looked on Netflix but didn't see an answer..

Call them. They make changes in real time. Customer Service is VERY helpful. I have my account sent to my mom's house. I messed up the spelling in her address and had to talk to someone on the phone.

Okay. I'll do that tomorrow.
And I just saw:
No refunds or credit will be given for partial periods or unused rentals.
Hopefully they can do it over the phone. if not, I'll just remember to change it before next month.

Yeah. It's tricky to change account settings when you don't get the cycle at the right time.

I changed mine to 1 at a time online. They just keep sending me 2 till the next billing cycle when it changes over. :dunno:
