I don't feel sorry either, it's like me buying a ferrari when I know I can't pay for it.

or it is like me buying an 800,000 house instead of my current house.

Those mean old banks held these people down at gunpoint and forced them to take loans they couldn't afford.

Werd. People are dumbasses for taking loans either they knew they couldn't afford, or could barely afford until one little hiccup in their financial situation occured. Nonetheless, the government needs to keep in mind the power of stupid people in large groups. There are a great deal of Americans that are very foolish with money.

a couple i know were first time buying a house for 100k. needed to get fixed up but they were going to do it over tyime. nothing seriouslly structural or anything that would damage it. but the bank didnt want to give them the 100k loan they said 150 only. they couldn't afford it so they said Bye.
