Holy fuck was the food good. We adjusted the recipe by doubling the carrots and onions, tripling the garlic, and adding half a habanero (diced), cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper. Turned out fucking amazing :yumyum:

I had salmon steaks and salad yesterday when I got home from the bar. I will be having the same thing for lunch today.

yeah it didn't seem to effect the flavor at all...it just added a little bit of spice :yumyum:
