iGoogle
I use the 2 column format with one broad column for Gmail.
The left side is now just 200px of wasted space.
And the Gmail widget has been MIA since Friday. :a:

It's a greasemonkey script, so you'll need to have the Greasemonkey add-on installed (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748). You can also add various other scripts to alter other pages you view, so it's handy.
http://internetducttape.com/2007/08/...s-screenshots/ This site will show you how to set up and use Greasemonkey scripts, if needed.
Then, when you install the add-on, you'll need to install the following script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/30414 . Once you have that installed you'll have a small bar on the left with an arrow to allow you to toggle the sidebar on and off.
